Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler in Elk River, MN to join the production team. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and works well in a collaborative environment.

Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, paying $23.16 per hour. HS/GED required with 1–2 years of assembly experience preferred; ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• HS/GED completion.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. Pay Range: $23.16/hour
