Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Horsham, PA to join a leading electronics manufacturing team. You will assemble, test, and calibrate advanced electro-mechanical devices, reading engineering drawings and following procedures to ensure quality.

Position offers Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with a pay range of $23–$30 per hour depending on experience. Requirements include 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, a high school diploma, and familiarity with soldering standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred.
• Familiar with soldering standards (J-STD-001).
• Ability to operate oscilloscopes and meters.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, testing, and production work for electro-mechanical devices.
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board installation.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
• Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment.
• Monitor and suggest improvements to assembly processes and quality standards.

Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the department supporting the assembly and testing of sophisticated electro-mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Horsham, PA

Pay Range: $23-$30 Depending on experience

Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM to 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Support assembly, testing, and production work related to electro-mechanical devices
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board component installation
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures
• Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment
• Monitor and suggest improvements to assembly processes and quality standards

What's Needed?

• 5+ years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role required
• High School Diploma required
• Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components and soldering standards (J-STD-001)
• Ability to operate standard electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and meters
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
