Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations in highly automated environments.
• Fixed day-shift with stable schedule.
• Proficiency with MES, FA or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve yield and OEE.
• Oversee and maintain on-site production systems including MES and FA tools.
• Coordinate with procurement to optimize safety stock and lead times; track inbound/outbound materials.
• Prepare reports for management and external audits; ensure compliance of production records.
• Monitor and update inventory records; manage MRO inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order details and delivery schedules.
• Assist in processing purchase requests and track status to ensure timely delivery.
