Qualifications

• 3+ years in battery cell manufacturing or highly automated plants.
• Experience with rotating day/night shifts and safety rules.
• Familiar with MES and SPC systems.

Responsibilities

• On-site process management across 24/7 production.
• Immediate troubleshooting to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Direct operation & intervention in electrode/assembly/formation as needed.
• Operator training and mentorship to ensure SOP compliance and safety.
• Monitor real-time data to detect bottlenecks and improve yield and OEE.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
