Job summary

HSBMA is seeking a Production Specialist to serve as a key administrative and operational anchor in the manufacturing division, focusing on continuous improvement, MES/ERP management, and safeguarding asset and material flows.

You will bridge the production floor with purchasing and external auditors, ensure compliant records, manage inventory accuracy, and deliver data-driven reports for management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Fixed day-shift schedule with steady hours.
• Proficiency with MES/FA/ERP systems and data interpretation.
• Experience with document control and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve yield and OEE.
• Oversee and maintain on-site production systems including MES and ERP data tracking.
• Manage raw material inventory, safety stock, lead times, and inbound/outbound tracking.
• Lead audit readiness and defend external visits, ensuring compliant records.
• Prepare detailed management reports and cross-team presentations.
• Collaborate with procurement and QA to optimize inventory and processes.
• Monitor MRO inventory, perform regular checks, and assist with audits.
• Communicate with suppliers and track purchase requests and expenses.
• Support cost-saving opportunities through inventory and procurement feedback.
