Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience as Equipment Operator/Technician in Semiconductor, Solar, Battery, Electronics, or Automotive.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate electrode coating facility to fabricate cathode and anode formulations.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers to execute experiments with recipes.
• Input data into quality management software for traceability.
• Assemble components into complete battery cells for testing.
• Follow safety protocols in cleanrooms or fume hoods.
• Maintain documentation of observations and results.
