Bosch Research is looking for an intern in electrochemical modelling technologies in Sunnyvale, CA. The role is to advance Bosch products by modeling thermodynamic, kinetic, and transport phenomena at the mesoscale with computational tools, focusing on degradation mechanisms in proton-exchange-membrane electrolyzers.

Pursuing a graduate degree in applied mathematics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a graduate degree at a top university in applied mathematics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong foundation in computation and mathematics with a focus on electrochemistry, heat transfer, mass transfer, and chemical kinetics.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are a must.
