Job summary

Global Connect Technologies in Berkeley, CA seeks a senior engineer with 7–10+ years in new product development and manufacturing of large electromechanical assemblies. You will drive supplier quality programs, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor partners across internal and external teams.

• 7–10+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of large electromechanical assemblies (e.g., electrical panels, integrated skids, box builds).
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep experience implementing PPAP, conducting SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) investigations, and managing supplier quality systems. testing, and optimizing manufacturing/assembly processes for cost and scale.
• Ability to lead without formal authority, removing "blocks" for the team and providing technical mentorship to both internal peers and external partners.
• Extensive experience in the build, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage or high-power electrical equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
