Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL seeks a Mid-Level Production Test Technician to join the Defense Systems / Manufacturing team supporting the CHGB program. You will perform electrical testing of avionics components and circuit card assemblies under various environmental conditions, collaborating with engineers to ensure compliance with testing criteria.

Responsibilities include operating electrodynamic shaker systems, executing test procedures, and analyzing results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3+ years of testing/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in MIL-STD-810 test environments.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team and with thermal, pressure, acceleration, and vibration test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of avionics components under multiple environmental conditions.
• Test circuit card assemblies.
• Create/analyze vibration, ignition shock, and pyroshock test profiles.
• Operate shaker systems to support testing efforts.
• Execute procedures and analyze results to meet criteria.
