bioMerieux Inc. is seeking an electromechanical technician on a swing shift (2:30 PM–12:00 AM) to troubleshoot and repair clinical and commercial products.

You will operate electrical and mechanical test equipment and work on assemblies, using judgment and initiative to resolve problems and suggest improvements. Primary duties include following written instructions, maintaining data records, collaborating with engineering/production, and ensuring compliance with GMP and SOPs.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of technical experience with troubleshooting and repair in related fields.
• Associates degree in technical discipline and/or related on-the-job training or certifications advised.
• Experience with soldering and multimeter usage is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow written work instructions and collect all relevant data.
• Troubleshoots electromechanical problems.
• Work with Engineering/Production to implement design and/or process improvements.
• Maintains records that comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Consults with customer service, instrument production, etc. as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining parts and materials in service area.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
