Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years wiring experience.
• Understanding of wire color codes, schematics, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly.
• Experience using hand tools, screwdrivers, sockets, wire crimpers, and impact drivers.
• Ability to work independently to reach milestones.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wire and mount parts per electrical schematics and shop drawings.
• Fabricate enclosures and assemble stacks and wire harnesses for drives and control equipment.
• Follow workmanship standards and use tools safely.
