Job summary

Phillips Manufacturing is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift in Florida. The role blends 80% mechanical and 20% electrical maintenance on automated production equipment, including roll-forming processes.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve controls, and support safety and downtime communications. The successful candidate will work with maintenance leadership and cross-functional teams to keep production moving, with full-time hours and typical industry

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Read schematics and modify control diagrams.
• Support robotic and automated production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical PLC systems.
• Update controls with ladder logic and relay logic.
• Assist design of new equipment controls including robotic systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics using CAD.
• Ensure safety compliance and observe PPE requirements.
• Coordinate downtime with maintenance and production teams.
• Perform periodic inspections and emergency repairs.
