Job summary

Phillips Manufacturing Co. is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm, overtime on Fridays) to support mechanical and electrical maintenance on roll-forming production lines.

The role emphasizes mechanical work (80%) with electrical tasks (20%), including robotics and vision systems. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and cross-functional teams to keep equipment up and running, perform preventive maintenance, and comply with all

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and modify electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Experience designing/working with robotic, vision, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
• Proficient with CAD for electrical schematics and equipment layouts.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production equipment.
• Update and modify control systems, including ladder logic, relays, motor controls, and operator interfaces.
• Assist in design/development of new equipment controls, including robotics and vision systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics using CAD software.
• Ensure equipment downtime is minimized through timely communication and proactive maintenance.
