Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians (EMT) in Northlake, IL. These permanent, direct-hire roles offer competitive benefits and growth within a company that values its employees and promotes internal advancement.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime.
• Experience as a quality control inspector preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC variable speed drives and electrical controls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead electrical projects within maintenance.
• Support shift teams in problem solving, including after-hours calls.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and OSHA safety requirements.
• Contribute to reliability improvements via maintenance input.
