Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read sketches and blueprints.
• Experience with welding and fabrication is preferred.
• Strong mechanical repair and preventive maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace machinery as required.
• Read sketches and blueprints to determine the layout of assigned work.
• Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and PM completed.
• Assist in training new and junior mechanics.
