H. T. PROF Group in Two Rivers, WI is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for a high-autonomy, direct-hire role in a production facility.

You will work a 4-day week (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM) with occasional Friday overtime, diagnosing and repairing electro‑mechanical production equipment. Expect up to $32/hour base, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits as you tackle mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical challenges across 45+ presses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years electro-mechanical troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and fluid power fluency; reads schematics.
• Self-directed, reliable with a safety mindset.
• Able to commute to Two Rivers, WI area.
• Experience with three-phase motors, pumps, and basic PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex production machinery up to 480V 3-phase.
• Perform preventative maintenance across equipment; lubricate, test thermocouples, optimize heating.
• Repair hydraulic/pneumatic valves; replace relays and switches.
• Dismantle faulty equipment using cranes/hoists; reassemble and verify operation.
• Collaborate with plant management and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance data, lifecycles, parts usage and diagnostics.
