Tom Trese is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a 1st shift, four-day work week in the Two Rivers, WI area. This on-site role focuses on 480V 3-phase power, AC/DC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, and basic PLC diagnostics within a modern, high-autonomy production facility housing 45+ presses.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical and fluid power fluency, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance within manufacturing or custom settings.
• Strong electrical and fluid power fluency with hands-on ability reading schematics.
• Decisive, self-directed drive with the ability to troubleshoot faults independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex production machinery up to 480V three-phase systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance across production equipment: lubrication, thermocouples, heating systems.
• Tackle hydraulic/pneumatic valve work, replace relays/switches, and handle general facility upkeep projects.
• Dismantle malfunctioning equipment using cranes, hoists, and hand tools; reassemble and verify operation.
• Collaborate with plant management and engineering to minimize downtime and manage asset installations.
• Document maintenance data, track repair lifecycles, and monitor part consumption.
