Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a 1st shift, 4-day work week, onsite role in Two Rivers, WI. The position focuses on preventive maintenance and repair across 45+ molding presses in a high-autonomy environment.

You will diagnose complex machinery, perform electrical root-cause analysis up to 480V, and collaborate with engineering to keep downtime minimal. A Monday–Thursday schedule with occasional Friday overtime is typical.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or custom job-shop setting.
• Fluency in electrical and fluid power; able to read schematics and diagnose low-voltage sensors, SSR relays, three-phase motors, pumps, and basic PLC architectures.
• Decisive, self-directed, reliable with strong attendance and a safety-first mindset.
• Local residency within commuting distance of the Two Rivers, WI region.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex production machinery, including electrical root-cause analysis up to 480V three-phase systems.
• Implement preventative maintenance on production equipment, lubricate machinery, and test components.
• Tackle hydraulic and pneumatic valve work, replace relays and switches, and perform general facility upkeep projects.
• Dismantle and repair equipment using cranes, hoists, and hand tools; verify operational efficiency after reassembly.
• Collaborate with plant management and engineering to minimize downtime and coordinate equipment installations.
• Document maintenance data, track repair lifecycles, and monitor part consumption.

• SCHEDULE: 4-Day Work Week | Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Occasional Friday overtime (typically 1 Friday/month)

What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex production machinery, seamlessly handling electrical root-cause isolation up to 480V three-phase systems.
• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance routines across production equipment, including lubricating machinery, testing thermocouples, and optimizing heating systems.
• Tackle diverse technical challenges, ranging from rebuilding hydraulic/pneumatic valves and replacing relays and switches to executing general facility upkeep projects.
• Dismantle malfunctioning equipment independently utilizing cranes, hoists, and hand tools to repair components before reassembling and verifying operational efficiency.
• Partner directly with plant management and engineering teams to manage operational assets, minimize equipment downtime, and coordinate equipment installations.
• Document maintenance data accurately, tracking repair lifecycles, part consumption, and production equipment diagnostics.
