Job description

Electromechanical Technician

We currently have regular, full-time position open for an Electro-Mechanical Technician working first shift out of our Waterloo, IA facility. An Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for providing maintenance support throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Technician Maintenance Technology or related field or a minimum of two years industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with computers, relay logic, high-voltage + low voltage systems, motors and starters, bearings and pulleys, pumps and valves, controllers
• Competent in math
• Knowledgeable with working with high-voltage industrial equipment, process gases, water supply systems
• Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions as required
• Fundamental understanding of vacuum, plasma, and gas process preferred
• Must be able to pass FIT test for NH3 handling
