Location: Reading, PA - ON-SITE - 1st or 2nd Shift

Salary: $33-$35/hour - Depending on Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Technician to maintain and optimize our production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. The successful candidate is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food processing machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

What You Will Be Doing

You will troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics (cylinders, motors, etc.) and pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic, etc.). Work on fluid transmission (manual valves, electrical valves, pneumatic valves, check valves, basic piping configuration). Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC's, sensors, motors, HMI's and more. Follow all SOP's and GMP standards, to help our team and thrive in a fast paced, high speed, production facility.

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ Years as a Maintenance Technician/Electro-Mechanical Tech
• Manufacturing experience, preferably Food or Beverage, high speed production
• Ensure all work is performed with safety as the top priority, following OSHA, HACCP, GMP, SQF
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (120V to 480V), pneumatics, and hydraulics in production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and other automation systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Great communicator, hard work, team player
