Job summary

Printpack is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for the Grand Prairie, TX Converting plant. You will install, maintain, and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years industrial maintenance, reading schematics, troubleshooting, and CI projects. Shift is 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with strict safety standards and opportunities to train operators.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance through inspections, calibrations, and repairs with documentation.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic layouts to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Test electrical systems using multi-meters and diagnostic tools.
• Install and verify operation of motors per electrical schematics.
• Follow safety protocols including LockOut/TagOut procedures.
