Job summary

Spr Packaging Rockwall, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on printing, bagging, extrusion, auxiliary, and plant support equipment. Evening shift.

You will diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read schematics, use CMMS to manage work orders, and ensure equipment reliability. Candidates should have at least 3 years manufacturing experience and the ability to lift 50 pounds in a non-climate-controlled

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience in a related field.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proven knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic theory and procedures.
• Supply own tools sufficient for maintenance tasks.
• Strong mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and control circuits.
• Maintain records using CMMS and track equipment history.
• Collaborate with production to ensure quality repairs and reliability.
