Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join the Operations Maintenance team in Sun Prairie, WI. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and automated packaging systems, while promoting a safe workplace and thorough maintenance documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexible shifts (weekends/nights/holidays), 1 year of corporate software experience, and the ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.]
