Ideal candidates will have strong electrical skills (480v, 3-phase, motor controls), PLC troubleshooting experience, and hydraulics/pneumatics competency. Overtime and flexible shifts are available to meet production needs.

• Strong electrical skills, including knowledge of 480v, 3-phase power, and motor circuit controls.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and NEC code knowledge.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic skills are required.
• Welding skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical work at Plant 5 to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic skills to maintain equipment functionality.
• Assist with emergency repairs and support other Madison plants if needed.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Plant 5 operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electrical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Madison, NC

Pay Range: $20-$28 per hour and based on mechanical/Electrical Skills

Shift: Day Shift (7:00am- 7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) available
