• Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to motors, generators, transformers, and control systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to identify and address potential issues before they become critical.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment specifications and configurations.
• Perform regular testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery components to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts replaced, work performed, and equipment conditions, to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical technology is preferred.
• 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and mechanical components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, and hand tools effectively.
• Ability to diagnose PLC and HMI programming for Allen Bradley control systems and VFDs.
• Programming skills with ABB, Siemens, Automation Direct, Modicon, or Turck systems is considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and computerized systems used in electro-mechanical maintenance is a plus.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
