Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for machine control.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Install electrical and electronic controls on machines by reading schematics or blueprints.
• Mount motors, transformers and lighting fixtures per diagram specifications.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle electrical machinery as needed.
• Direct work of others in lower classifications and supervise when required.
