Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies and wire harnesses.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, job routers, and documentation.
• Utilize measurement and testing equipment as required.
• Support manufacturing teams in quality-related decision-making.
• Refer non-conforming parts to the Material Review Board for further evaluation.
• Maintain thorough records of inspections and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams to address quality issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
