Job description

Electro Mechanical Manager

Location:

Romeoville, IL 60441

Schedule:

Onsite 5 days per week. Hours may vary.

Pay rate:

$100-115k base + 10% bonus

Duties:

• Oversees the facility, manufacturing equipment, machine processes, and related tooling.
• Assists in scheduling repairs and projects, collaborates with the site manager to improve operational efficiency.
• Drives activities related to repair/maintenance, upgrades, and installation of plant machinery, including manufacturing equipment, facility maintenance, and machine process controls.
• Executes technical tasks related to facility and equipment maintenance, directs Technician Supervisor, and provides assistance to Blow Molding Technicians.

Requirements:

• Technical or Vocational degree/certificate and 10+ years of related experience in manufacturing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of advanced mechanical principles, electrical theory, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, OSHA 70E, NFPA standards.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical machinery and PLC-controlled equipment.
