Job summary

Dynamic Source Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technologist to troubleshoot, repair and maintain electro-mechanical-pneumatic equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will drive TPM, manage CMMS records, and collaborate across departments to keep production on track.

The role requires an Electronics/Mechanical Technician Diploma, experience with Fuji/Siemens SMT P&P, strong communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts including overtime.

Qualifications

• Electronics or Mechanical Technician/Technologist Diploma.
• Experience with Fuji/Siemens SMT Pick and Place machines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to set up and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Experience designing simple tooling, jigs or fixtures.
• Experience selecting suppliers and negotiating costs.
• Experience overseeing machine installations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
• Coordinate CMMS records and maintenance history.
• Source and utilize alternate suppliers for spares with Procurement.
• Communicate with departments to resolve issues.
• Develop systems to track equipment, records and compliance.
• Provide training for department members as needed.
• Support lean manufacturing tools for maintenance practices.
• Provide technical support to SMT production and engineering.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and history.
• Maintain equipment lists and calibration scheduling.
