THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Program Manager that will provide strategic direction and leadership across various groups of customer accounts and multi-disciplinary internal teams to deliver and improve upon defined performance metrics. Acting as the voice of the customer within DSM, the Program Manager ensures customer priorities are understood and consistently executed.

The primary focus of the role is supporting the ongoing customer experience on a day-to-day basis. The Program Manager organizes, coordinates, and manages program activities to ensure goals, deadlines, technical requirements, and deliverables are met, while acting as a cross-functional bridge across departments. Through strong relationship oversight, the role supports long-term customer retention and expansion of business opportunities.

The result? Customers know their Program Manager is a trusted, proactive partner who understands their business, advocates for their needs internally, and helps ensure DSM consistently delivers throughout the lifecycle of the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Education:Degree and/or Technical Diploma in a related field and 3+ years’ sales/account management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
