Job summary

A-1 Industries in Bainbridge, GA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Electro Mechanical to join our team. You will manage and maintain the CMMS Fiix, oversee parts inventory, and support preventive maintenance across production and facility equipment.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, reading manuals and schematics, and coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime. Day shift, full-time with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS platforms (Fiix preferred).
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit CMMS Fiix.
• Manage parts inventory and control.
• Use ERP to order parts and supplies.
• Mentor within the team to broaden knowledge.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
