Job summary

Metromont LLC in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic MA301/MA305 to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to PM systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Trade or technical school certification or 2-5 years related experience preferred
• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and tools as needed to perform work
• Perform maintenance and installations on a variety of equipment, buildings and systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as needed
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Detect and report any unusual conditions or major maintenance needs to proper supervisor
• Work with overhead cranes
• Implement cost-saving maintenance programs
• Adhere to environmental and stormwater pollution prevention policies
