Worthington Enterprises - Advanced Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Advanced Maintenance Technician - night shift (6:30pm to 6:30am, 4 nights on, 4 nights off) with expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and machine troubleshooting. Candidates must possess advanced skills in electrical systems, PLC programming, and reading and programming ladder logic and HMIs.

• Competitive Pay: Up to $40/hour, plus $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and repair advanced mechanical and electrical issues
2. Perform preventative maintenance and machine adjustments
3. Complete welding and fabrication tasks
4. Enter maintenance data accurately and promptly
5. Apply advanced electrical skills safely in the maintenance field

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with electrical and PLC skills
2. Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
3. Strong mechanical, welding, and cutting abilities
4. Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
5. Hands-on experience with meters and measurements
6. Must pass electrical board and PLC programming assessments
7. Training in CPR, first aid, lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined spaces may be required
8. Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, work orders, and communicate effectively
9. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
