Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree and technical/vocational certification are required.
• Minimum five years of electrical and mechanical systems maintenance in food manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of production machinery.
• Diagnose problems using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Apply PLC, servo drives, and servo motor knowledge to resolve errors.
• Read blueprints and manuals to ensure correct installation and operation.
• Identify root causes by observing equipment and using precision tools.
• Fabricate small parts to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production to meet uptime targets and share issue details.
• Maintain safety, GMP, and OSHA standards on site.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize new machinery integration.
