Job summary

RRD is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the Night Shift to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation in Newark, Delaware. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance of high-speed automated equipment, and providing production support to maximize throughput.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of electro-mechanical experience, strong reading of schematics, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related electro-mechanical experience.
• Able to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations/requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively using English.

Responsibilities

• Production support and troubleshooting to maximize throughput.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and PM sheets.
• Train and coach junior maintenance technicians as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
