Job summary

RRD is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the Night Shift to support 24/7 production. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed machinery, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and participate in training and documentation for continuous improvement.

The role requires 3–5 years of electro-mechanical experience, strong reading of schematics, and the ability to work independently on nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related electro-mechanical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and train junior staff.
• Operate within a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Assoc. Degree / technical cert preferred
