Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Sayre, PA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a woodworking facility. You’ll focus on electrical and mechanical systems to improve performance and minimize downtime.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in electro-mechanical maintenance, a high school diploma (technical certification or associate degree preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in electro-mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with woodworking machinery maintenance a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints; strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and automated systems including CNC machinery, saws, routers, and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues; inspect wiring, motors, controls, and circuits.
• Repair or replace faulty parts; perform preventive maintenance and keep detailed records.
• Assist in installing new equipment and modifications; work with production to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols; participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
