Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions is seeking an Contract Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the Corsicana, TX site. You will diagnose and repair electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on motor, servo, and VFD experience, while adhering to GMP and safety practices.

You will rotate 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, switching days/nights biweekly, with weekend duties and benefits including ESOP, medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Intermediate electrical expertise: control voltages, single/three-phase.
• Hands-on with motors, servos, VFDs, transformers, relays, I/O modules, sensors.
• PLC troubleshooting at hardware and software levels; ladder logic and HMIs.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to unplanned downtime in a 24/7 plant.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from 0–24V to 480V three-phase; diagnose schematics.
• Repair motors, servos, relays, I/O modules, sensors; service hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting at hardware and software levels and review ladder logic.
• Work on hydraulic and pneumatic components, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Perform mechanical bearing and gearbox inspections, servicing and replacements.
