Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Electronics/Mechanical Technician for a swing shift (2:30 PM to 12:00 AM) in Utah. You will troubleshoot and repair clinical and commercial products, operate test equipment, and perform various electromechanical tasks on assemblies.

You will follow work instructions, collect data, and collaborate with Engineering/Production on improvements. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year of related technical experience; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of technical experience with troubleshooting and repair in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions and collect relevant data.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Production on design or process improvements.
• Maintain records complying with GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Consult with customer service and instrument production as needed.
• Maintain parts and materials in the service area.
• Perform work in accordance with quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
