Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a swing shift technician in Utah to troubleshoot and repair clinical and commercial products. You will operate electrical/mechanical test equipment and perform a range of electro-mechanical tasks on assemblies, following established drawings and instructions.

The role requires 1+ year of technical experience, high school diploma, and ability to work with Engineering/Production to implement improvements. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans and a retirement program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of applicable technical experience with troubleshooting and repair in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, computer, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions and collect all relevant data.
• Work with Engineering/Production to implement design or process improvements.
• Maintain records that comply with regulatory requirements, GMPs and SOPs.
• Consult with customer service, instrument production, etc. as needed.
• Maintain parts and materials in the service area.
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
