Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Game Room Technician (Technical Manager) in the United States to maintain and repair video games, kitchen equipment, registers, and ticket systems.

You will troubleshoot electronics, manage repairs, and perform preventative maintenance to keep the entertainment floor running smoothly. You should read schematics, plan and prioritize tasks, and work within a budget while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Military experience, a technical degree, or prior electrical or mechanical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and work on video and skill games, kitchen equipment, registers, and ticket mechanisms.
• Oversee arcade games, registers, IT systems, and ticket dispensers.
• Manage electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room; perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace defective electronic components, boards and computers.
• Operate stage show equipment and manage repairs including lighting, sound, pneumatics, and related boards.
• Maintain an inventory of electronic equipment, mechanical parts and tools.
• Manage budget and safety standards at all times.
• Commit to a safety-focused attitude in all tasks.
