Job summary

CEC Entertainment is seeking a Game Room Technician to maintain and repair arcade games, kitchen equipment, registers, and ticket systems across locations. You’ll troubleshoot electronics, operate stage show gear, and manage inventory and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring electro-mechanical repair skills, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to safety. Military or technical training is a plus for this role at Chuck E. Cheese.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 0-50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull during shift.
• Experience in electronics or mechanical repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee video/skill games, kitchen equipment, registers, and coin/ticket mechanisms.
• Oversee arcade games, IT systems, and ticket dispensers.
• Manage electrical and mechanical game room maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and replace defective electronics and boards.
• Operate stage show equipment; manage lighting, sound, pneumatics.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and tools.
• Maintain budget.
• Promote safety and compliance.
