Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Game Room Technician (Technical Manager) to inspect and repair arcade games, kitchen equipment, and registration systems. You’ll diagnose electronic and mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs across a busy Chuck E.

Cheese environment. The role emphasizes hands-on electro-mechanical skills, safety, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Military experience, a technical degree, or prior electrical/mechanical training is preferred.
• PWAs: 18+ years old and able to work up to 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the latest video, skill, and arcade games and kitchen equipment.
• Manage register systems and ticket/coin mechanisms with preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective electronic components and boards.
• Operate stage show equipment and manage lighting, sound, and related systems.
• Maintain an inventory of electronic equipment and mechanical parts.
• Keep within budget and maintain safety standards.
