Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a mechanical assembler to build test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized equipment. You will read blueprints and apply drawings to manufacturing tasks, using hand and power tools to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.

What’s the work?

• Build custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Read and apply mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specs.
• Use hand/power tools and verify workmanship meets quality standards.

When would you work?

• 1st Shift (Mon–Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What’s the pay?

• Rate: $19 – $22/hour (based on experience & shift)
• Perks: $19.00–$20.90/hr with overtime potential

What do you need to qualify?

• Experience: At least 6 months in mechanical assembly.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).
• Core strengths: Attention to detail, basic computer skills, team mindset.
• Physical readiness: Able to stand, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a production setting.
