Job summary

Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Indianapolis, IN to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

This role acts as a primary technical resource, delivering equipment support, training, and problem resolution while upholding safety and operational excellence. You will work closely with customers, sales and service teams, perform preventative maintenance, provide on-site and remote

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered.
2–5 years field service, equipment repair, or technical support experience preferred.
Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals and procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and mobile service technologies.
Customer service, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 pounds; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment per standards.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and testing for reliability.
Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Provide on-site, remote, or phone-based technical support and training.
Prepare repair quotations and service recommendations; maintain records.
