Qualifications

• Fluent English communication for effective collaboration with native speakers.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical hardware systems.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel approx. 50% across the US.
• Ability to read and analyze technical documentation and electrical schematics.
• US work authorization and travel by air as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers at client offices in Austin, TX to ensure seamless hardware operations.
• Coordinate and support electrical and mechanical engineering teams across field locations.
• Travel across the US ~50% to maintain and troubleshoot deployed hardware systems.
• Analyze electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide maintenance.
• Perform hardware maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.
• Provide field support to resolve electrical and mechanical hardware issues.
