You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance while planning daily tasks and PM schedules. The position requires at least 1 year of building systems experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade or vocational school training in relevant skills preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in building systems maintenance, repair, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and utilities.
• Tackle complex issues, including equipment modifications and partial redesigns.
• Plan and record daily work assignments and PM schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and safety standards.
