Responsibilities

• Assemble electronics and mechanics per work instructions and specs.
• Perform cable terminations, fiber optics tasks, and soldering as needed.
• Measure with precision tools and inspect subassemblies for quality.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and participate in process improvements.
• Support in safety, 5S+, and daily GEMBA activities.
