Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an assembler to build electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or products per product specifications. You will follow established procedures and apply knowledge of wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.

You may disassemble and correct malfunctions and assist with test kits or packing/labeling tasks. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a 2-year degree preferred, and 3 years of general

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree preferred.
• 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience.
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications.
• Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
• Disassembles and corrects malfunctions as needed.
• May assemble test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.
