Ingram Micro Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate, Configuration to assemble, wire, solder, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies per established specifications. You will inspect finished products, identify defects, and rework as needed to meet quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD 38,800.00 - 62,100.00 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of electronics/electro-mechanical experience or an associate degree with 3+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience with electronic assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Ability to read technical docs, drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting defects and malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic/electro-mechanical components and finished products per specs and procedures.
• Perform hand soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, and component installation.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure fit, function, and conformance to tolerances.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly defects and issues.
• Disassemble, rework, and reassemble as needed to meet quality targets.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
